Commemorating India’s first air-mail postal service from Lahore to London. Was amongst 76 people who submitted designs to the competition. CKC - Playing a small part in the History of Indian Stamps.
RETURN POLICY
Our 10-day Return Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you are not fully satisfied and wish to return it for any reason, we will provide you with a full refund or exchange, within 10 days of the delivered date.
All we ask is that the product is unused or barely used.
Yes, it's that simple. We can only accept the product without custom engraving/modifications, in its original condition and with the bills & original certificates / reports as were delivered.
Products made to specific sizes, or special designs made to order may be subject to exceptions and return policy may or may not apply. This is, however, applicable for orders within India only.

We offer FREE return shipping within India. You'll receive complimentary return shipping on all returns for all products within the 10-day (from the date of delivery) return policy.
- Email our customer delight team (ecomm@ckcjewellers.com), providing your order number. You will be given a Return Authorization Code by reply email, to return the merchandise.
- Our courier will visit you with a C. Krishniah Chetty Jewellers' package with the unique Return Authorization code, your name and address on the outside of the return package.
- Our courier agent will secure your jewellery with the original packing materials and certificate in the package provided by C. Krishniah Chetty Jewellers in your presence. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened. The return will be under video cover for security and audit reasons. Please devote 5 - 10 minutes of your time to carry out this process by yourself and email us on Ecomm@ckcjewellers.com; allow 3 - 4 working days for us to reply.
- Once your returned item is received by C.Krishniah Chetty Jewellers, your refund will be processed as soon as the product is checked and accepted for originality and contents.
Our 10-day Return Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with a 100% full refund or exchange within 10 working days, and we will also pay for the shipping to and fro. (exceptions are special products made to order or extra sizes which may be subject to costs, which we will intimate at the time of return confirmation).
