Static Terms and Conditions

In the event you desire to place special custom orders for any particular item - you may do so, subject to the possibility of manufacturing of the item and the time consumed for such manufacture and such process. Orders will be billed and delivered only after maturity of the installment under the plan.

1. Custom orders may be placed prior to maturity date in anticipation of maturity values and dates.
2. Rates for order billed before maturity date will be as per C. Krishiniah Chetty normal order rates and not GAAP/GSTD rates.
3. All other Terms and Conditions as applicable to all orders will apply to GSTD/GAAP members also.
4. Accrued total quantities to be redeemed total net weight of all the selected products, equal to accrued weight. Partial accrued quantities cannot be redeemed.
5. If advances are paid for a custom order, at the time of settlement, first, the advance metal rate will be confirmed (if advance paid within 7 days from the date of capturing the order), and next, GSTD/GAAP benefits will be given.
6. GSTD/GAAP settlement can be done while availing any one active promotion and can be redeemed along with GSTD/GAAP benefit. In such a combination, first, the GSTD/GAAP earned benefit will be redeemed, and then the promotion will be applied.

• You may club amounts or weights from multiple plans to purchase one ornament (provided the plans are enrolled in the same name).
• The amounts may be used to buy gemstones, and gift articles too.
• Get additional "Birthday Gift Benefit" on your Birthday! Additional benefits are automatically applied to the installment paid during the month of your Birthday. Enjoy higher benefits on higher installment amounts paid on your special day!
• Pay by Post-Dated Cheques, Cash, Credit Card and Debit Card, or Online by logging into www.ckcjewellers.com
• Cash or Quantity additional benefits between 9% to 12% per annum rates are subject to change. Benefits remain unchanged as at the time of enrolment.
• You are also entitled for an additional Discount Voucher at the time of settlement, if all the installments are paid on time.
• Only one active promotion can be redeemed per transaction, in addition to cash or quantity benefits, if applicable.

Any individual (18 years and above) / Company / Sole Proprietorship / Partnership Firm. Minors may also be enrolled through his / her guardians / nominees. Persons may also nominate another individual who may utilise the gold / diamond / silver / platinum at credit or continue the savings plan or utilise the total quantity accrued at the end of the period. In the event of the death of the individual, the nominee shall produce the Identification Card, and all receipts of payments made, before being able to utilize the quantity available in his / her / their account.

Your payment is due every month on the same date of starting of your plan. You are however allowed up to 7 calendar days delay in making subsequent payments. In case you fail to make your payment within 7 calendar days of your due date, the payment will be accepted only as late payment, and no additional benefit (cash or metal quantity weight) will accrue to such late payments. Further, the additional discount voucher will not be issued for irregular payments. You are, therefore, advised to make payments on time, in order to derive benefits. However, all installments must be paid before closure of the plan.

Note:In case you send the payment by mail/courier, please ensure to write your name and membership number behind the instruments/cheques/DD’s. Postal & courier delays will not be the responsibility of C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers. Staple your Cheques/DDs to your covering letters.

Important Note:Amount per installment may be increased at any time in subsequent installments.

Pay by Post-Dated Cheques, Cash, Credit Card, or online using your Credit Card or Debit Card. Payments can be made by Cash, Post-dated cheques, Online, Demand Draft or Credit Card. Cheques are also accepted by the Company subject to realisation. You may also make part or all installments by Post-dated cheques, given to the Company in advance. Cheques and Demand Drafts should be drawn in favour of “C. Krishniah Chetty & Sons (P) Ltd. for the Gold Standard 1869” or “C. Krishniah Chetty Jewellers (P) Ltd. for The Gold Advantage Advance Purchase Plan”. You will receive receipts for all payments made at the time of making the payments. Post-dated cheques ensure your payments are not delayed.

Note:For Post-Dated Cheques, the rate applied will be on the due date, irrespective of date of cheque provided the cheque date is within 7 days due date of instalment.

Please Note:As per Reserve Bank guidelines, an OTP is generated while making payment through cards. Please keep the OTP ready before making your payment.

On completion of all installments, you are free to utilise the quantities at credit in your account and accrued to buy from the entire range of jewellery, silverware, diamond and platinum jewellery available at our showrooms during regular working hours (except Coins and Bullions). You are advised to start shopping at least 30 minutes before closing time. Timings will be strictly followed by the Company. Each of our showrooms may have certain products only.

Where the value of the item chosen by you exceeds the amount or quantity at your credit, then this balance must be paid by you in cash or credit card and rates will be as per C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers normal terms of business. It is, however, to be noted that the value of the items chosen by you shall not be less than the amount or quantity at your credit. No cash will be returned. You may however keep the amount in your account and use the same at a future date, if you please. Separate receipts/credit notes will be issued in such cases. (Coins/bullion bars may not be purchased using your averaged rate benefit under the plan.)

Note:All monies must be used within 365 days from the start of the plan.

All jewellery will be sold at normal prices. Gemstones, labour, manufacturing losses, taxes, etc., payable extra.

Please note that the amounts at your credit can be availed by the member only on production of your Identity Card after successful enrolment and all receipts issued to you during the plan period. You are strongly advised to bring your Identity card and fill the “Enrolment Form” and subsequent “Instalment Payment Form” every time you make a deposit to ensure that your amount is accurately credited.

NOTE:In case you send the payment by mail/courier, please ensure to write your name and membership number behind the instruments/cheques/DD’s. Postal & courier delays will not be the responsibility of C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers. Staple your Cheques/DDs to your covering letters.

All taxes, surcharges and levies as at the time of sale (or at the time of delivery in case of orders) will be applicable.

You become eligible to take delivery of an order or purchase jewellery or silverware only on the completion of one calendar month after the date of all payments, i.e. on maturity only.

• Premature withdrawal from the plan or stopping of further installments before completion of the plan will not be entitled for any additional benefit under the plan. Amounts paid until such date can be offset with purchase of jewellery or order.
• No cash will be refunded in any event.
• You give to the company an indemnity that in the event your receipts are LOST, the company shall not be held responsible.
• You are requested to inform the company in writing immediately of the loss of your Identity Card and/or receipts. You may be required to preserve your receipts separately from your Identity Cards. A duplicate card will be issued by the company at a cost of rs50/-
• C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers can block encashment on written request.

• Reminders may be given by a Telephone Call / SMS / Emails, where cell numbers / Email addresses are furnished. This is a service, and failure to receive such intimation shall not be a reason for delayed payment.
• Reminders may be sent 7 days before the due date. Non-receipt of reminders shall not be a reason for delayed payments.
• C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers reserves the right to alter, amend, add or delete part or whole of the terms, conditions and privileges of the plan without prior notice. Subject to rules and regulations and laws in operation in India from time to time.
• The decision of the Management of C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers shall be final and binding on all participants of this plan with regard to any of the matters relating to the plan.
• C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers is the sponsor of the plan and reserves the right to suspend / cancel / amend the plan at any time. In such an event you may purchase any item for sale in the showroom equal to the value of money accumulated as on that date.
• You may club amounts or weights from multiple plans to purchase an ornament (provided the plans are enrolled in the same name). The amounts may be used to buy gemstones and gift articles too.
• Get additional “Birthday Gift Benefit” on your Birthday! Additional benefits are automatically applied to the instalment paid during the month of your Birthday. Enjoy higher benefits on higher installment amounts paid on your special day!

• Please do not divulge your Login/Password at any time for online transactions.
• We will not ask for your login id and password at any time.
• Average rates will not apply to diamond, solitaires- however cash purchase may be availed.
• Disputes, if any, are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.

Percentage of gain (loss) in quantity of gold jewellery purchased over the last 11 months period

For all on-time installment, Rs.11,000 worth discount vouchers (with multiplier condition) are issued.

Note:If the gold rate on the billing date is lower than the 'averaged', an option to switch to "Cash Benefit" is available.

Total Value of the transaction on maturity:

Where the value of the item chosen by you exceeds the amount or quantity at your credit, then this balance must be paid by you in cash or credit card and rates will be as per C. Krishniah Chetty Group’s normal terms of business.

It is, however, to be noted that the value of the items chosen by you shall not be less than the amount or quantity at your credit. No cash will be returned. (Coins/bullion bars may not be purchased using your averaged rate benefit under the plan). The total weight, so accumulated, needs to be consumed in the transaction on maturity. Extra charges such as labour, wastages, gemstones, taxes etc., (which are normal charges whether or not you participate in this Rate Protection Plan™) will need to be paid in addition to the weights accumulated.

Importance of Identity Card & Receipts

Please note that the amounts at your credit can be availed by the member at our off-line physical showrooms on production of your identity card after successful enrolment and all receipts issued to you during the plan period.

You are strongly advised to bring your Identity card and fill the "Enrolment application form” and subsequent “Installment payment form", every time you make a deposit to ensure that your amount is accurately credited.

In case you send the payment by mail/courier, please ensure to write your Name and Membership number behind the instruments/cheques/DD. Postal & courier delays and holidays will not be the responsibility of C. Krishniah Chetty. Staple your Cheques/DD's to your covering letters.

1. Design charges will be as per design charges printed on all DOP (design order page) forms.
2. Design charges would be waived off (Free of cost*) if materialised into an order. Costs apply if only designed and not utilised into converting your idea into reality. We hope you understand it’s valuable talent for you.
3. If more than 3 iterations, or involves extensive design time, such as large pieces, or very complex elements, involves CAD or 3D printing requirements, additional costs will be applicable. We will inform you prior to making such designs.

Dates of Subsequent Instalments, Payments, Defaults & Benefits

Your payment is due every month on the same date of starting of your plan. You are however allowed up to 7 calendar days delay in making subsequent payments. Amount per installment may be increased at any time in subsequent installments.

1. Destination, time and cruise details will be decided after the announcement of the winners as per sailing dates availability. Final decision will be made by C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers.
2. Minimum purchase value: Rs. 10 lakhs on a single bill or multiple (cumulative) bills billed in the same name, on the same or multiple dates, to be eligible for the contest.
3. Fill an entry form for the contest online www.ckcjewellers.com/traveltheworld or in-store to participate.
4. All winners will be subject to winning taxes, travel taxes and other terms and rules that will be made available to the winners after declaration of winning names.
5. A total of 12 couples (not specific to any gender, but as couples) will be eligible to win in this Travel the World™ programme.
6. Winners will be announced on our website, by e-mail and WhatsApp.
7. The programme may be amended, curtailed, extended or cancelled at the discretion of C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers.
8. Product prices and terms of business remain the same with or without this programme.

14. Value of the cruise limited to maximum Rs 5 lakh per couple or actual whichever is lower.

1. Design Your Own Jewellery is a simple programme where a client expresses their idea and the C. Krishniah Chetty team of designers will help to add value and translate the idea into a product. Customisation options include:

2. Creating a new design - if you have a design of your own or have seen a style that has inspired you, we can help you to put your ideas into reality.

3. Clients may modify a design from our existing library.

4. Use gemstones owned by clients and create a fitting piece of jewellery or silverware.

5. Modify an existing design to a personal choice or replicate another jewellery (where permitted).

6. To start, please enter as many details and descriptions as you can under “Help us to understand better”.

1. Charges may be revised if the design is complex and involves a greater time element. Such additional charges, if any, will be informed in advance and will be taken forward only after being accepted by you.
2. Advance payment for design charges is required to start design work.
3. Design product images shown with attributes, weights, and estimates are approximate, and only for reference.
4. Amendments or changes to orders could lead to additional charges, beyond three changes per design. Any changes are subject to feasibility and dependent on the stage of work.
5. Design your own jewellery due dates are indicative, normally 3-7 days.
6. Order status: You can view your design status under the pending or fully ready design tab by entering the date of order placed or the date range, if you do not remember the exact date.
7. On final design being approved by the client, the order can be placed, and the final approximate weight and estimated amount will be provided.
8. Disputes, if any, are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.

1. This voucher entitles you to a discount on your purchase of Diamond, Gold jewellery, Silverware and Corporate Gifts at the showrooms of C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers.
2. No cash will be refunded.
3. Not valid for coins, bullion and Diamond Solitaires of 1 carat and above.
4. Your purchase must be in multiples - for gold jewellery - 15 times, diamond jewellery - 10 times and silverware - 15 times. For example: To use every Rs. 1000/- voucher you will need to purchase a minimum of Rs. 15000/- worth of gold jewellery, Rs. 10000/- worth of diamond jewellery & Rs. 15000/- worth of silverware at a time.
5. Discount is limited to the maximum value of the voucher.
6. Valid for a single purchase at a time only.
7. Valid for one transaction.
8. Part voucher may not be used.
9. Vouchers that have been defaced or misplaced will not be replaced.
10. Vouchers may be used to get discounts on custom orders placed, provided the billing date is before the expiry of the respective vouchers.
11. Delays in order due dates will not be a reason for extension, and validity will not be extended on any account.
12. Vouchers/Voucher number needs to be presented at time of billing.
13. Multiple vouchers may be used in one transaction.
14. Net value of purchases should be in multiples of the value specified for gold jewellery, diamond jewellery or silverware of all vouchers used at a time and all vouchers need to be used before end of respective validity dates.
15. Vouchers are not sold but issued as discount vouchers.
16. This facility may be discontinued, modified or cancelled at any time at the discretion of C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers.
17. Duplicates will not be issued.
18. These vouchers may not be used by employees of C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers.
19. The decision of C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers is final and binding.
20. Only one offer may be availed at a time.
21. Two offers may not be clubbed together.
22. Disputes, if any, are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you - you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You're not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You're not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn't try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to C. KRISHNIAH CHETTY GROUP OF JEWELLERS.

C. KRISHNIAH CHETTY GROUP OF JEWELLERS is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.

The Fun with Gems app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It's your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features and it could mean that the Fun with Gems app won't work properly or at all.

The app does use third party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions.

You should be aware that there are certain things that C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi, and you don't have any of your data allowance left.

If you're using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you're using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

Along the same lines, C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged - if it runs out of battery and you can't turn it on to avail the Service, C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers cannot accept responsibility.

With respect to C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers’ responsibility for your use of the app, when you're using the app, it's important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on iOS - the requirements for the system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you'll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

All payments shall be in Indian Rupees, US$ or Euros only. Payment details must be given at the time of placing the order online in the form provided. All orders shall be processed only after the payment information has been validated. Payment may be made by credit card or bank transfers only.

If your payment is in US$ or Euros, your international credit card provider or bank will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment, which you will be liable to pay. Should there be an occurrence of an error while processing the payment caused due to your Internet connection, server error, issues with the related third-party payment site or due to any circumstance beyond C. Krishniah Chetty Group's direct control, C. Krishniah Chetty Group shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever. When completing a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card.

C. Krishniah Chetty Group will not be liable for any credit card fraud in relation to any payment made and you shall disclaim C. Krishniah Chetty Group of any liability whatsoever. The liability arising from fraudulent use of a credit card will lie with the apparent purchaser and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the purchaser.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

C. Krishniah Chetty Group uses industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data (including credit card information) exchanged with the website server. All other data transfer is conducted through a secure phone line.

1. Goods once sold are not subject to return. In exceptional circumstances, the return shall be subject to the conditions of return as expressly stated herein above. C. Krishniah Chetty Group shall be bound by the warranty on the items purchased. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any terms specified on the product warranty, the terms and conditions on the product warranty shall govern the sale.
2. Dents, breakages, colour changes, or any other consequences of usage will not warrant a free exchange, repairs and/or replacements.
3. C. Krishniah Chetty Group manufactures jewellery with care and caution. However, when jewellery is set with gemstones, some gemstones may come loose on rare occasions. If such stones that were supplied by C. Krishniah Chetty Group come off their setting, they will be replaced free of cost, if brought to us in original condition without damage and without any tampering, within 365 days from invoice date.
4. C. Krishniah Chetty Group manufactures jewellery and silverware in various purity grades which are mentioned on the bill. The purity grade so mentioned will be the lowest purity grade used in the product and the product may actually use higher purity grades in part or whole.
5. “'Melting purities” mentioned are as would be when the item is melted and the homogeneous sample is tested with a 'Fire Assay' test. Other non-destructive tests may display different results. C. Krishniah Chetty Group's non-destructive tests are also available on request. Our in-house X-Ray forensic equipment is available for testing too.
6. We do not negotiate prices and all prices are final. Prices include cost of material, labour charges, manufacturing wastages, gemstones, profits and margins, packaging, delivery, insurance and handling charges for deliveries within India.
7. Gold and silver metal rates mentioned on the bill are for reference purposes only and do not include the above charges.
8. You are requested to preserve the “Cash Bill” for all future transactions regarding the items contained therein. Under GST this is the "Tax Invoice". GST rate is 3% for any purchases delivered in Karnataka, Central Sales Tax (CGST) of 1.5% is applicable and State Sales Tax (SGST) of 1.5% is applicable; Interstate Sales Tax (IGST) of 3% is applicable for purchases delivered in other states within India. The term Sales Tax is to be construed as "Goods and Service Tax". Rates of taxes and duties are subject to change and charged as on date of billing.
9. Billing amount will be rounded off to the nearest 10.
10. C. Krishniah Chetty Group Buy back terms may vary from time to time. You are requested to check with our showroom staff at the time you wish to re-sell, exchange, upgrade or convert your piece into other jewellery.
11. The diamonds sold under this guarantee have been sourced from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and are in compliance with United Nations resolutions.
12. The seller hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict-free, based on personal knowledge and written guarantees provided by the sources.
13. In case, at the time of delivery, the product ordered by the client got sold in our offline store then in this case we are unable to deliver the order. The amount client have paid for the order will be refunded.
14. Although C. Krishniah Chetty Group provides a safe shopping & working environment, the company will not be responsible for personal belongings left, or lost while in the premises. We recommend cover through your personal insurance.
15. Various portions of our premises may be under CCTV surveillance. Further, any and all images, photographs, and videos taken of people & events, testimonials, feedback, etc., in the premises or at our carefully curated instore or online or at external events, may be used for marketing and promotional purposes at any time.
16. Measurements are in the metric system. Other units of measurements where mentioned are for convenience of clients.
17. Disputes, if any, are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore.

We guarantee that in all jewellery containing diamonds, the diamonds are natural diamonds of fine grades and fine proportions. They possess a rare intrinsic quality and are hand-picked individually from the best raw materials and from the finest mines and sources. This assures you authenticity forever. C. Krishniah Chetty Group's standardized quality for diamonds below 0.23 cts are of quality "IF" (Internally Flawless) to "VVSI" and for colour in the range of "D", "E", "F" "G" & "H", cut to fine proportions and are guaranteed internally by C. Krishniah Chetty Group’s strict quality control process.

Diamonds equal and greater than 0.23 cts are individually certified and are available in a colour range from "D" to "J" and clarity range from 'Flawless' to "SI2" respectively. Such diamonds may be additionally graded by reports by an external third-party laboratory.

All diamonds will conform to C. Krishniah Chetty Group's internal quality standards for quality of raw material, quality of brilliance, fire, scintillation and over-all "Life" in addition to proportions. Proportions of all diamonds must conform to minimum standards at C. Krishniah Chetty Group. We do not use "commercial" or "low grade diamonds".

Diamond grading reports are detailed documents created after careful examination of each diamond by quality diamond experts. The diamond report number and our identification marks are inscribed on all our diamonds. Hence, we require each diamond grading report to be returned with any diamond that was originally supplied. If the diamond grading report is missing or not returned with the returned product, a handling fee will be levied. The cost of such levy is as applicable at time of return.

C. Krishniah Chetty & Jewellers Pvt Ltd guarantees all diamonds to be natural and untreated in any manner. Only black diamonds sold by C. Krishniah Chetty & Jewellers Pvt Ltd may be treated. Coloured diamonds are natural and untreated.

C. Krishniah Chetty Group guarantees the purity of the gold and silverware as stated in your bill.

Gold jewellery is manufactured in 24 kt, 22 kt and 18 kt purities. The same is indicated along with the product specifications.

Gemstones are natural and may be untreated or treated. It is widely accepted that gemstones other than diamonds may be treated in some manner. C. Krishniah Chetty Group ensures that such treatment is permanent or irreversible. When an exceptional gemstone is untreated especially with regard to rubies, emeralds or blue sapphires, an independent report/certification to its untreated nature will be issued separately. Untreated gems are rare and are sold independently.

Should your jewellery/silverware need repairs, we will make the appropriate repairs, subject to the "Terms and Conditions" stated on your bill.

Breakages, dents and colour changes or any other consequences of usage will not warrant free repairs or replacement.

The Site ordinarily does not offer buy back transactions. Buy back terms at C. Krishniah Chetty Group retail showrooms may vary from time to time. You are requested to check with our showroom staff at the time you wish to re-sell, exchange, upgrade or convert your pieces into other jewellery.

C. KRISHNIAH CHETTY GROUP does not allow buying many items for comparison with intent to keep the one you like best and return the others. This leads to locking inventory, and we are subject to increasing overheads. Hence, we discourage this practice. All items purchased from C. Krishniah Chetty Group are made pursuant to a shipment contract; the risk of loss and title for such items passed to you upon delivery of the items by the courier.

1. The Star Club™ & List of Stars™ Loyalty Rewards Programmes aim to reward repeat clients. The loyalty membership allows a member to receive points that help the member save money every year.
2. The membership is available to all connoisseurs of jewellery at a one-time joining fee of 250 points. Additional members of a family may apply for separate cards linked to the main card. 250 points will be debited automatically per card issued.
3. Points are awarded as the members shop for eligible products and merchandise from any of C. Krishniah Chetty Group's showrooms/online. Some stores may have an independent programme. Points are accrued as the bills are made during the course of purchase of gold, platinum, diamonds, silverware and other products.
4. Privileges and benefits are listed separately in The Star Club™ / List of Stars™ brochures/ published online from time to time.
5. Four member levels exit viz., Classic, Silver, Gold, & Diamond. Each of the higher levels allows enhanced benefits depending on the volume of business done with C. Krishniah Chetty Group from time to time every year.
6. Each member will be issued a temporary card on enrolment or a personalised smart card within 30 days from the date of enrolment. Temporary memberships (if and once issued) will be made permanent once successfully enrolled. Points will be credited for the first transaction only after final successful enrolment.
7. The card will be required at the time of transaction and especially at the time of redemption of points to safeguard against faulty credit/redemption. We may send you SMS / email confirmations from time to time. (ONE TIME PASSWORDS MAY BECOME AVAILABLE IN TIME).
8. All points accrued may be used on the next working day, for future purchases.
9. You may use the card for your own purchases or that of your relatives and / or friends.
10. Points may not be encashed and may be redeemed against new purchases only.
11. In the event of any return of jewellery/silverware, C. Krishniah Chetty Group will deduct the points originally accrued against the transaction.
12. If one item in a transaction of multiple items is returned, the points of the returned item are reversed.
13. Membership renewal is automatic and is at the discretion of C. Krishniah Chetty Group.
14. Right of admission is reserved for this programme.
15. In the event of any dispute, the decision of C. Krishniah Chetty Group, as the sponsor of this programme, is final and binding.
16. Prices of all products are uniform for members under this programme.
17. Discount Vouchers issued under this programme are subjected to validity dates of such vouchers and may be used only on satisfying the minimum multiple criteria as stipulated on the vouchers from time to time.

Balance will be payable by client inclusive of all wastage, labour, gemstones, diamonds, GST etc., at the time of delivery of jewellery.
• PAPER-GOLD™or PAPER SILVER™may not be used for bullion purchases.
• The amount paid to buy C. Krishniah Chetty’s Paper-Gold™or Paper Silver™cannot be adjusted to custom orders placed, as different rate policy, GSTD or GAAP and other terms will apply. Strictly: Applicable only to ready stock products.
• Image of C. Krishniah Chetty’s Paper-Gold™or Paper Silver™on the e-commerce website exists as a composite photo for indicative purposes only.
• If the client wishes to cancel the C. Krishniah Chetty’s Paper-Gold™or Paper Silver™(advance booking) at any time within or after 12 months, cheque/payment will be made to the client at then prevailing date rate, as per C. Krishniah Chetty’s buy-back policy, by cancelling the order, and making payment.
• No amount will be returned in cash. Payments will be made through cheque or bank transfer only.
• If the chosen item is from a particular or different showroom, bank transfers will be made on a daily basis with information to respective showrooms. The client is free to shop from any showroom of their choice within the C. Krishniah Chetty Group. This may, however, cause some time delay.
• If an online item is selected, C. Krishniah Chetty’s Paper-Gold™or Paper Silver™amount will be handled offline by the showroom concerned. Please call +91 80 4000 1869/ +91 4100 1869 for such assistance.
• Online items will be automatically depicted as “sold” once sold, as usual, as for all other products.

The recipient of the package must cooperate with the courier or delivery agent by providing required and valid copies of his / her government approved photo identification. All information collected during this process shall remain subject to C. Krishniah Chetty Group’s Privacy Policy.

In case you want any other person to receive the delivery on your behalf, you need to specify details of the same at the time of ordering (as specified above) and delivery to such person under your instructions shall be deemed to be a full and complete delivery and you shall take all responsibility for any such delivery. All items shall be delivered directly to the person as specified at the point of ordering and C. Krishniah Chetty Group will be unable to (under any circumstances whatsoever) change the recipient details once the order has been processed.
9. All shipping charges and other local charges shall be borne by you. Recipients accepting delivery should not accept deliveries where the box or packaging has been tampered with or if the box is empty. The recipients receiving the delivery must open the package and check its contents prior to accepting the delivery and/or signing the delivery receipt. If you find the box tampered with or empty or inconsistent with the order placed as stated in the order form, in addition to not accepting such a delivery, the authorized personnel at C. 10. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier/delivery company shall try and deliver the item thrice before returning the same to CKC. All costs of re-shipment and handling in the case of non-delivery shall be chargeable to the user.
11. Delivery guarantee is subject to terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistencies in name or address will result in non-delivery of the product. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (e.g., wrong name or address, failure to provide specified photo identification) any extra cost incurred by CKC for re-delivery shall be claimed from the person placing the order.

International orders are accepted subject to the possibility of shipping and the export regulations governing such countries. For items that require CKC to customize items as specified to C. 3. The Company will intimate clients once the items are completed. However, this is to be construed as a service and therefore non-receipt of intimation due to postal email, or any other reasons does not exempt the client to take delivery of the items on the due dates.
4. Online eCommerce order billing will be done offline. Final item value will be calculated based on the finished weights, if extra amount to be paid by client, on making payment of difference amount billing will be carried forward.
5. Online order items can be shipped based on the PIN code, provided delivery can be completed by our logistic partners at such PIN code.
6. In an online eCommerce order, if shipping charges are applied, then the client is mandated to pay the shipping charges as necessary while making the order settlement billing.
7. Online eCommerce ordered items must be taken delivery of within 15 days from the date of intimation or item/s being ready.
8. Although amendments or changes will not be accepted for orders in the normal course of business, they can still be accepted. These are, however, subject to possibility and dependent on the stage of work.

If ordered or selected items are not taken delivery of within 60 days from the date the order was ready for delivery, the item will be disposed of otherwise and advance and metal at credit shall be subject to cancellation/handling charges and/or forfeitures at the discretion of The Company (selected items must be collected within the due date specified or else shall be disposed of otherwise and the advances paid shall be treated on the same lines as stated).
7. We strongly advise clients to pay, on the date of order or within 7 working days, for the quantity of metal required to complete the order, so as to confirm rates.

9. Goods issued on Inspection Bill must be returned in original condition without any use or damage by the due date mentioned. Goods shall remain the property of C. 10. CAD/Render/CAM charges apply where Computer Aided Design work is involved @ Rs. 1000/- per Design.

1. Astral consultancy appointments can be booked online, during a showroom visit, or through a phone call.

2. Once booked, consultations can be conducted either in person at the showroom or via video call.

3. Appointments will be confirmed only upon successful payment of the consultancy charges.

4. Consultancy charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. If an appointment is rescheduled and later cancelled, the consultancy fee remains non-refundable.

6. Appointment date and time may be indicative or specific, as mentioned. Delays beyond the Company’s control may occur and must be accepted by the client. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

7. Only one appointment is allowed per individual.

8. Disputes, if any, are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.

Please maintain all original packing and material for 10 days after receiving the items. All items must have the original security tag, label and certificate and must be returned in the same condition as delivered by C. Krishniah Chetty Group.

Any item returned showing signs of wear or engraved, altered, re-sized {by C.Krishniah Chetty & Jewellers Pvt Ltd (CKCJ) or anyone / entity other than the C. Krishniah Chetty Group’s} or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return or exchanged for other jewellery products available on the Site for an equivalent value or higher.

Custom orders (and with engraving, special ring size, etc.) cannot be accepted for return, refund or exchange.

All shipping and handling expenses involved in the return of the item(s) shall be chargeable to you.

All requests for return of the product have to be placed within ten (10) days from the date of delivery. No return requests after ten (10) days from delivery will be processed.

Once the return is confirmed at the call center, C. Krishniah Chetty & Jewellers Pvt Ltd (CKCJ) will send a packaging cover, which is to be used to return the product. The item is to be packed in front of the courier agent.

All requests for returns shall be effected so as to reach C. Krishniah Chetty Group to be addressed to the address mentioned herein within 30 days (thirty days) to a maximum of 37 days to allow for transit time for return from the date of original receipt, in a specially provided envelope/package that will be sent to you on your intimating C. The following T&C define the general rules governing your access and acceptance of the “Magnificent Weddings” packages (“Package”) offered by C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers. By availing the said Package, you signal your agreement to the instant T&C and enter into a legally binding contract with C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers. Please read and understand the T&C carefully and do not access/use the Package if you are unwilling or unable to be bound by the instant T&C.

C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these T&C at any time without being obligated to intimate any users thereof at any point. It is your responsibility to check these T&C periodically for changes. Your continued acceptance and utilization of the Package following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

It is hereby clarified that in case of any dispute arising out of and regarding the instant T&C, the construction thereof, or the terms therein, the decision of C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers will be final and binding and will constitute the final resolution of the matter.

1.1 The subsistence of the T&C shall be for such period commencing from your acceptance and availing of the Packages.

1.2 These T&C are applicable and shall come into full force and effect on the date on which you agree to avail of the Packages and the instant T&C are served to you. (“Effective Date”)

1.3 Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the instant T&C and the Package are only valid and subsisting for the duration of the Promotional Period which commences on 01.04.2025 till 31.03.2026.

2.1 Minimum Spending Requirement: You must have spent a minimum of Rs. 7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs only) on jewellery, including pre-loved jewellery from C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers (applicable only on purchase of silver, gold, diamond, platinum and lab-grown diamond jewellery excluding coins/bullions. Invoice amount will be considered for the same exclusive of all taxes, discounts, promotional offers etc.) Eligibility will be considered on the basis of amount spent by you in a single transaction and multiple invoices from the same transaction may be considered for the same.

2.2 Voucher: Availing of the Packages is restricted to Clients in possession of valid signed vouchers (which are single-use and non-transferable) issued by C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers.

2.3 Valid Documentation: As in the usual course of business, you agree and acknowledge that you have a valid PAN Card or Form 60 which is required under Applicable Law for transaction amounting to and over Rs. 2,00,000 (Rupees two lakhs only) and you undertake that the same is valid as on the date of purchase

3.1 The Packages as offered is fixed and cannot be altered. Any services availed by you outside the scope of the instant T&C will not be governed by the same and you do so solely at your own risk and C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers will not bear any responsibility or liability for such services availed.

3.2 Such additional services outside the scope of the instant T&C availed by you shall be arranged by you directly with the Vendor and payment for such services will also be between you and the Vendor with C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers having no part or responsibility thereof.

3.3 Any additional services as detailed in clause 3.1 and 3.2 shall be negotiated between you and the Vendor with C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers not taking any part in the negotiation, payment, coordination etc. of such additional services.

3.4 The Wedding Package shall include the Venue along with the described arrangement of the wedding event.

3.5 The Wedding Package shall include services for a maximum of 250 people with parking space.

3.6 The Wedding Package shall include organization of wedding events ensuring 90+ items in the Vegetarian Menu are made available for a maximum of 250 people along with provisions for a Mocktail Bar. You may avail a limited number of Non-Vegetarian appetizers upon payment of additional charges which will be decided and declared by the Vendor upon request subject to the items chosen and will be subject to availability. C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers does not bear any liability or responsibility for any changes in the menu which will be the sole responsibility of the Vendor and will be subject to availability. The Vendor undertakes to provide suitable alternate options in the event of such change.

3.7 The Wedding Package shall include wedding decorations and setting up of the Venue to include a Stage for the event, furniture, and lighting facilities as per the desired setup.

3.8 The Wedding Package shall include an entertainment setup which will include either a singer, loud speakers, dhol, baggi, brass band entertainment, or DJ, etc. as per requirement.

3.9 The Wedding Package shall include photographer and videographer facilities inclusive of a wedding album.

3.10 The Wedding Package shall include provision of wedding ushers.

3.11 The Wedding Package shall include complimentary surprise wedding gifts as well as separate dressing rooms at the venue for the Bride and Groom.

3.12 The Holiday Package shall include travel arrangements for you as per the specifications of the travel packages, including but not limited to, one-way economy class air-fare, airport transfers to and from the Hotel(s), bookings in 4 Star Hotels or better with complimentary breakfast.

3.13 The Holiday Package shall include provision of either a couple’s spa voucher, restaurant coupon, or Ola Taxi voucher to you at such time as when the Voucher is availed by you.

3.14 The Holiday Package shall include cake and champagne which will be provided to you on the first night of the travel package availed by you or at any such time during the subsistence of the Holiday Package as specified by you in terms of your requirements.

3.15 The Holiday Package shall include application for a Visa, as required, on your behalf, as well as obtaining of the same, including Visa on arrival, wherever available.

3.16 The Holiday Package shall include provision of travel insurance for you and your guest(s) within the price agreed upon and finalized in terms of the specific travel packages outlined in Annexure A.

3.17 The Holiday Package shall include provision of sightseeing tour(s) of the included attractions for the destinations as specified in the travel packages outlined in Annexure A. You may avail a tour of a limited number of additional attractions as well as adventure activities subject to destination upon payment of additional charges which will be decided and declared by the Vendor upon request subject to the additional services chosen and will be subject to availability. C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers does not bear any liability or responsibility for any changes in the sightseeing tour attractions/details which will be the sole responsibility of the Vendor and will be subject to availability. The Vendor undertakes to provide suitable alternate options in the event of such change

4.1 The Packages shall also include discounts that may be availed at the time of billing on purchase of jewellery amounting to Rs. 15,00,000/- or more in a single invoice of up to 18% on lab-grown diamond and Silver Jewellery; 9% on diamond and platinum jewellery; 6% on gold jewellery and silverware; 9% on accessories, loose diamond and gemstones on selected orders places in this period till ___.___._____.

4.2 It is hereby clarified that such discount may not be availed on purchase of Rare Scents, Coins, Bullions, and diamond solitaires over 0.99 ct. each.

4.3 For diamond solitaires of over 0.99 ct., discount may be availed after elimination of diamond value over the specified 0.99 ct. and on the remaining purchase value.

4.4 Paper Gold & Paper Silver remains unchanged. When products are being billed within the promotional period, benefits apply as relevant.

4.5 RPP & Loyalty points may be used along with promotional benefits.

4.6 Discount Vouchers, Daily Discount Voucher or Others may not be clubbed with this programme.

4.10 The promotional benefits enumerated hereinabove are available across all 5 magnificent C. Krishniah Chetty Group showrooms across Bengaluru as well as online purchases.

4.11 Only fresh purchases made during the promotional period may avail of the hereinabove enumerated promotional benefits. It is hereby clarified that previous sales will not be accepted as sales returns to avail of the promotional benefits now, under any circumstances. Any sales return/buyback of previous purchases will be subject to the general terms and conditions including loss, wastage, labour, gemstones etc.

4.12 It is hereby clarified that previous orders may not be cancelled, taken back, or billed later. Any such cancellation would entail costs in the usual course of business including, but not limited to, cancellation charges, labour, wastage, revocation of discounts offered etc

4.13 All other terms and conditions applicable in the usual course of business of C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers will also remain applicable and nothing contained herein may be construed as an exemption from or waiver of the same.

5.1 Accurate Information: You undertake to provide only accurate updated information to C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers and the Vendor and promise that such information is true and correct to the best of your knowledge and belief. Provision of any false, incorrect, inaccurate, erroneous information by you shall be deemed non-compliance of the instant T&C. C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers and the Vendor reserve all rights to unilaterally terminate the agreement in the event of such non-compliance with the exception of such information being rendered false due to change in circumstances which you are obligated to report to C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers and the Vendor within 48 hours of occurrence of such change.

5.2 Compliance: You undertake and promise to comply with the instant T&C and such terms of use as outlined in the Voucher. Failure to comply with the same will result in your forthwith forfeiture of the Packages and disentitle you to a refund, if any, and further void your Voucher while also disqualifying you from availing any future Vouchers or Offers or Packages offered by C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers.

6.1 General, Best Effort: The Vendor shall use its best efforts to provide satisfactory execution of the Packages to you.

6.2 Delivery: The Vendor is solely responsible for delivering the services as outlined in Clause 3 and the Packages. Any questions/complaints/requests with regard to the same shall be directed only to the Vendor and C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers shall have no part in the same.

6.3 Accurate Information: The Vendor undertakes to provide only accurate updated information to C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers and you and promises that such information is true and correct to the best of their knowledge and belief. The Vendor further undertakes to communicate any change in circumstance leading to the requirement of updated information within 24 hours of the occurrence of such change.

6.4 Communication: The Vendor is solely responsible for ensuring regular communication with you regarding the Packages and the execution thereof and C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers shall not play any role in the execution/coordination of the same.

6.5 Report: The Vendor undertakes to submit a weekly report regarding the delivery of services as outlined in the instant T&C to C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers and further report any questions/complaints/requests made by you to C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers within 24 hours of receipt of such question/complaint/request.

7.1 C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers is neither liable nor responsible for any deficiency of service provided by the Vendor in fulfilling the Packages. The Vendor shall be solely responsible for liaising with you and for delivery of Service.

7.2 C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers is neither liable nor responsible for the execution, quality, safety, or legality with respect to services offered by the Vendor in fulfilment of the terms of the Packages.

7.3 Limited Role: C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers’ role is strictly limited to facilitating an introduction between you and the Vendor and C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers cannot be held liable or responsible for anything not in relation thereto.

7.4 No Liability: C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers is neither liable nor responsible for any issues, disputes, and/or dissatisfaction faced by you as a result of the services offered by the Vendor.

7.5 You acknowledge and agree that C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers’ responsibility and liability is constrained and limited to provision of the Voucher and introducing you to the Vendor and nothing else. You also acknowledge and agree that C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers’ responsibility is limited to the aforesaid.

8.1 You are obligated to pay a total/minimum fee of Rs. 8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs Only) for the Packages and these charges will be inclusive of all amounts including applicable taxes.

8.2 Such fee will be paid by you directly to the Vendor with C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers having no part in the payment or receipt of payment thereof and any payment related disputes thereof will not be mediated by C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers nor will C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers have any responsibility, liability, or part in such disputes.

8.3 Any additional services as detailed in Clause 3.1 to 3.3 and 3.17 availed by you and the costs thereof are your sole responsibility and must be decided between you and the Vendor with C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers not having any responsibility, liability, or part thereof

9.1 For the purposes of these T&C, the term “Confidential Information” of C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers shall mean and include information that should not be disclosed to third parties, inter-alia including sale transactions, client data, contact numbers, documentation if any, and other information related to C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers or its clients, which is either disclosed in writing by C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers to the Vendor or disclosed orally, or any information which in its very nature could be classified as confidential information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Confidential Information shall include proprietary technical, financial, employee-related, contract, and contract-related information, and business information provided by C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers during meeting(s) or any form of communication or interaction with the Vendor including but not limited to intellectual property rights and other terms and conditions which shall form a part and parcel of this Agreement.

9.2 You shall not disclose or permit access to any privileged or confidential information shared with you to anyone and undertake to maintain the confidentiality thereof. Failure to comply or any misuse of such information as shared with you will lead to strict legal action being taken against you

10.1 It is hereby agreed that Intellectual Property includes and means trademarks, service marks, tradenames, and all trade secrets, including without limitation, designs and information of C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers.

10.2 You agree and acknowledge the sole ownership of C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers with regard to all its Intellectual Property Rights including but not limited to those mentioned in Clause 10.1. Therefore, you shall play no role in circumstances where decisions about ownership of Intellectual Property Rights of C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers in whatsoever manner are to be taken. It is further agreed upon that all rights, title, and interests in and to the Confidential Information disclosed by C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers to you shall at all times remain the exclusive Intellectual Property of C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers.

10.3 You acknowledge and agree that these T&C shall not be construed as a transfer or sale by C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers of any of its rights whatsoever (including Intellectual Property Rights), either by way of license or otherwise, in or to any of its Confidential Information.

10.4 You shall not use any of C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers’ Confidential Information for any purpose whatsoever without explicit prior written consent of C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers.

11.1 The Vendor shall be liable for any violation of the terms of the Packages to you.

11.2 C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers shall have no liability or obligation in regards to any additional services availed by you in terms of Clause 3.1 to 3.3 and 3.17.

11.3 C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers’ role in delivery of Service is strictly limited to the introduction of the Client to the Vendor and consequently, C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers will not be liable for any claims/damages/losses/charges etc. arising from the execution/non-execution of the terms agreed upon hereunder in Clause 3.

11.4 You acknowledge and agree that C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers has no control over the quality, safety, legality, etc. of the Service as provided by the Vendor in terms of the Packages or otherwise.

11.5 The Vendor hereby promises and agrees to defend and hold C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Vendor’s obligation and/or the execution/delivery of services outlined as part of the Packages

12.1 Upon the occurrence of a breach or default as to any obligation hereunder by you and your subsequent failure to promptly pursue (within thirty (30) days after receiving intimation thereof from C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers) a reasonable remedy designed to cure (in the reasonable judgment of C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers) such breach or default, these T&C may be terminated by C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers without issuance of refund.

12.2 C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers reserves the right to terminate your Voucher without refund thereof and disqualify you from availing the instant Packages as well as any future packages, offers, services etc., at any time upon breach of the instant T&C by you.

12.3 Upon termination of this Agreement, the Vendor shall promptly return materials of whatever nature or kind, belonging to C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers, including all materials incorporating the proprietary information of the Company.

12.4 The termination of this Agreement shall not affect your rights, remedies, and obligations accruing prior to such termination

12.5 Cancellation of or changes to the Packages by you must be communicated directly to the Vendor and C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers is not responsible or liable for such cancellation or costs thereof.

12.6 C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers hereby reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement and withdraw any offer/package/voucher issued by it without notice to you or the Vendor.

13.1 Neither C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers nor the Vendor shall be responsible for any failure or delay on their/its part in performing any of their/its obligations hereunder these T&C if, it/they is/are prevented, restricted, or interfered with due to the occurrence of a Force Majeure event/s or under any circumstances (or the consequences thereof) including but not limited to Act of God, fire, flood, tempest, lightning, accident, vandalism, civil commotion, explosion, war (whether declared or not), hostilities, invasion, act of foreign enemies, riot, civil disobedience/unrest, external aggression, act of terrorism, act of sabotage or piracy, trade restrictions, embargo, labour disturbance, strike, lock-outs, lock-in, lockdown, disaster, disease, natural disaster/natural calamity, complete breakdown of transport, telecommunication, information system, fuel, electricity or source of energy, epidemic, epidemic quarantine, quarantine restrictions, pandemic, panic, outbreak of a communicable or infectious disease leading to extraordinary restrictions including quarantine or movement of people or goods, any other public health crisis, compliance with any law or issuance of notifications, advisory, guidelines, or legislation by relevant Government or legislative authorities restricting normal trade and business activities, movement, and storage of goods and people or Governmental Order (Central, State or Local Authorities), Rules, Regulations, Notifications, or such other sanctions having effect of substantially modifying the underlying assumptions of these T&C or any other circumstances/events in this clause which are beyond the reasonable control of C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers and the Vendor that hinder the opening, functioning and operation of the store or business or render it impossible for C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers or the Vendor to operate or those events unforeseeable by them, then C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers and the Vendor shall be excused from their respective performances to the extent of such prevention, restriction, or interference.

14.1 All disputes or differences which may arise between you and C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers or your/our representatives with regard to any clause, including but not limited to, the construction, meaning, and effect of these T&C or C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers’ or your rights and liabilities under these T&C or any other matter relating to the subject matter of these T&C shall be submitted to arbitration within 30 days of the existence of the dispute being brought to the notice of the defaulting Party.

14.2 The said arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English language and the seat of arbitration shall be at Bangalore. It is hereby clarified that C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers shall have the discretion to seek equitable relief, interim relief, or interim measures or enforce any arbitral award in any court of competent jurisdiction (a) before commencement of arbitral proceedings as per the provisions in these T&C, or (b) during arbitral proceedings, or (c) at any time after the making of the arbitral award by the arbitral tribunal but before it is enforced.

14.3 You acknowledge and agree that such arbitration will be the sole method of dispute resolution to be employed by you

15.1 This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with laws of India as administered exclusively by the courts in Bangalore, without giving effect to the principles of conflict of laws. You and C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers shall be bound to refer the disputes arising out of or in relation to this Agreement to arbitration by appointment of one Arbitrator by each party and by mutual appointment of the third arbitrator

15.2 In the event of there being any proceedings before Courts, exclusive jurisdiction shall remain with the Courts of Bangalore

16.1 The law applicable to all disputes, differences, disagreements and/or questions of law arising out of and with reference to this Agreement shall be the Laws of the Republic of India.

17.1 If any provision/clause of these T&C is declared invalid or unenforceable by any court, quasi judicial authority, or any governmental authority, such provision shall be deemed modified to the least extent necessary and possible to render it valid and enforceable. In any event, the unenforceability or invalidity of any provision shall not affect any other provisions of these T&C, and the terms contained therein shall continue in full force and effect, and be construed and enforced, as if such invalid/unenforceable provision had not been included, or had been modified as above provided, as the case may be.

18.1 These T&C shall constitute full and complete understanding between you and C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers with respect to the subject matter of these T&C. Any amendments or additions to these T&C shall only be made in writing and must bear your and C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers’ signatures.

19.1 These T&C constitute the entire agreement and understanding with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior negotiations, correspondence, agreements, understandings, duties, or obligations between you and C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers with respect to the subject matter thereof.

20.1 Nothing in these T&C is intended to grant any rights under any patent, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers in your favour, nor shall these T&C be construed to grant you any rights in or to C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers’ confidential information, except where explicit written consent is taken.

21.1 The failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, a right or remedy under these T&C shall not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or a waiver of any other rights or remedies and no single or partial exercise of any right or remedy under these T&C shall prevent any further exercise of the right or remedy or the exercise of any other right or remedy.

22.1 These T&C may not be altered, modified, revoked, or cancelled in any way unless such alteration, modification, revocation, or cancellation is in writing and has been signed by or on behalf of all Parties hereto. These T&C supersede any and all other Agreements between the Parties, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof

BY ACCEPTING THE VOUCHER AND VIEWING THE WEBSITE AND USING THE WEBSITE TO BOOK THE PACKAGES YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN AND SIGNAL YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE SAME.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE FULLY READ THE INSTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THAT YOU UNRESERVEDLY COMPREHEND THE TERMS THEREOF AS WELL AS THE SERVICE TO BE PROVIDED THEREBY AS WELL AS ALL ASSOCIATED COSTS BEFORE COMMITTING FINALLY AND ACCEPTING THE INSTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE C. KRISHNIAH CHETTY GROUP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RESOLVING ANY SERVICE RELATED MATTERS. FOR ANY QUERIES OR CONCERNS REGARDING THE SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGES, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT THE VENDOR DIRECTLY.

BEWARE OF ONE OF OUR DIRECTORS, MR. C. GANESH NARAYAN, WHO IS RUNNING A CONTEMPTUOUS AND UNAUTHORISED BUSINESS UNDER THE SAME NAME I.E. C. KRISHNIAH CHETTY & C0. PVT. LTD., CLAIMING TO HAVE A BLUE FAÇADE, NEXT TO OUR FLAGSHIP SHOWROOM AT THE TOUCHSTONE BUILDING. KINDLY NOTE THAT THERE ARE COURT ORDERS WHICH HAVE PROHIBITED HIM FROM CONDUCTING ANY BUSINESS THAT COMPETES WITH THE BUSINESS OF C. KRISHNIAH CHETTY GROUP DESPITE WHICH THE CONTEMPTUOUS AND UNAUTHORISED BUSINESS IS CONTINUING TO BE RUN.

GOODS SOLD BY MR. C. GANESH NARAYAN WILL NEITHER HAVE A RESALE OPTION NOR BUY-BACK OPTION WITH ANY OF THE C. KRISHNIAH CHETTY GROUP ENTITIES NOW OR AT ANY POINT IN THE FUTURE. TRANSACTING WITH THE SAID CONFLICTING/COMPETING ENTITY COULD RESULT IN MONETARY LOSSES AND C. KRISHNIAH CHETTY GROUP WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SUCH CLAIMS/LOSSES/LIABILITIES ARISING FROM AND OUT OF YOUR TRANSACTIONS WITH MR. C. GANESH NARAYAN OR THE SAID CONFLICTING/COMPETING ENTITY WHICH HAS BEEN PROHIBITED FROM BEING RUN BY ORDERS OF THE HON'BLE NATIONAL COMPANY LAW TRIBUNAL, BENGALURU.
