Human Resource Manager
As a Human Resource Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning the company’s vision with day-to-day execution. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee engagement, performance management, and retention. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights on workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. In this role, you’ll foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture while leading initiatives to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and retention strategies.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or related fields.
- Strong understanding of E-commerce operations and workforce dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency with HR software and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field (Master’s preferred).
